Waterside

Waterside is thoroughly equipped for a self-catering stay. The kitchen has an electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge and freezer; the utility room contains a washing machine and tumble dryer. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are all included. Downstairs, an open-plan living area with TV flows into a dining space, while a sun room and games room (with pool table and smart TV) offer additional space. A shower room on the ground floor serves that level. Upstairs, four bedrooms each have their own bathroom with bath and shower: two doubles and two twin rooms. The whole property is yours alone, and one well-behaved pet is welcome. A large balcony overlooks the water; note that at high tide the sea reaches the base of the house, while at low tide the shoreline is about five yards away.

Tighnabruaich sits on Argyll's west coast, bordered by Loch Fyne and the Kyles of Bute. The village itself is quiet, with a pub within walking distance and local shops and restaurants nearby. The surrounding area draws walkers, cyclists, sailors and artists: forests and coastlines are accessible on foot or by bike, and the waters support kayaking and boating. Red squirrels, otters, deer and golden eagles inhabit the region; basking sharks occasionally appear offshore. No smoking inside the property, please.
