The Lookout is a recently refurbished cottage on the Argyll coast, positioned on the waterfront at Tighnabruaich with views across the Kyles of Bute. Built in contemporary style, it sits on an elevated site and is accessed via 16 steps to the rear entrance. Everything is arranged on the ground floor, with no further stairs to navigate once inside.
The open-plan living space runs the length of the building, combining lounge, dining and kitchen in one light-filled room. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the water view. Two bedrooms sit to the side: one with a kingsize bed and ensuite, the other with two singles and a separate shower room. Both bathrooms have heated towel rails. The kitchen comes fully equipped for cooking, with electric hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer. A garden with patio and seating faces the water, and there is on-road parking. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included. The property sleeps 4 and is yours alone for the duration of your stay. No smoking is permitted.
This corner of Argyll sits between Loch Fyne and the Kyles of Bute, with hills, glens and forested slopes inland, and a rugged coastline punctuated by sandy beaches. Tighnabruaich itself is a quiet village on the water; Kyles Athletic Shinty Club is nearby. The West Coast offers walking, water sports, local shops and restaurants within easy reach.
