Regents House

A Regency townhouse in central Arundel, Regents House is built on the elegant proportions of its era. Five bedrooms across two upper floors—three with kingsize beds and ensuite bathrooms, two with kingsize and single beds—provide sleeping space for up to 12 guests. The ground floor holds a drawing room with a working fireplace and shutters, a separate dining room, and a well-equipped kitchen with a range cooker and two ovens. A utility room on the lower ground floor contains a washing machine and tumble dryer. Three bathrooms serve the bedrooms; one is a family bathroom with bath and shower.

The townhouse is yours alone for the duration of your stay. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are provided, along with fuel for the fireplace. The kitchen is set up for proper cooking, with a dishwasher and full-size fridge. An enclosed terraced garden—accessed via 10 steps—has furniture for outside use. On-road parking is available, and a highchair can be provided if needed. The property does not permit smoking. Arundel Castle and the cathedral are within walking distance; the town itself sits on the River Arun in West Sussex.
