We loved everything about this place. A charmingly cosy pub, nestled beneath the Cathedral and overlooking the Castle gardens. Beautifully decorated rooms, delicious food and friendly staff. We could not have asked for more and I am longing to go back. We stayed in Castle room, large and luxurious with a wonderful bath. The bed was blissful, I have not slept that well in many months. After a day spent exploring Arundel, this was a welcoming place to rest and restore. Thank you for a perfect stay.

Friendly staff helped to make our stay here very enjoyable. Our room was one of the courtyard rooms so not in main building but therefore gained in size and fully equipped. Also, access was easy and covered if weather inclement. Our evening meal was lovely - and definitely high end for a pub style setting. We'll definitely go back as coat represented value for money. Thank you

A lovely inn just outside the centre of Arundel with a very comfortable and relaxed ambience. Service was really friendly and efficient and the food was fabulous. My beetroot tart starter and risotto main were both delicious, my husband had fish and chips which he thoroughly enjoyed. Generous portions and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

We have not had much luck with hotels lately so we were a little wery when booking. However we were blown away at the lovely room we had a Cathedral view. The room is well decorated and spacious lovely big bathroom with huge shower. It was a little hot in the room at night even with the widows open ( not the hotels fault as tempretures at night were in the 20s even at 5am) staff were super friendly and happy to help. The breakfast was simple but tasty lots of choice for a continental breakfast fresh breads,hams and cheeses . Great choice of fruit and yogurt,cereal and jucies.. located near the main town and a short walk to the Castle. Highly reccomend . And would stay here again. Big shout out to all the staff who even in the heat all eorked verybhard to make our stay great
