The Brambles

The Brambles comes ready for a complete break. Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are all covered, and kindling for the wood burner is provided. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer—everything needed to cook properly rather than survive on takeaways. You get two bedrooms sleeping four: a king upstairs with an ensuite, and two singles with their own ensuite. There's also a third bathroom downstairs. A study area holds local maps and information, while the conservatory on the west side catches the afternoon light and overlooks the gardens.

Location-wise, The Brambles sits between Arundel and Chichester in the Arun area, with Barnham Railway Station nearby. The South Downs National Park and local beaches are accessible, and Goodwood is within reach. The property has its own parking for two cars and a bike store. Outside, a lawned garden and wildlife-friendly planted areas give space to sit, with a table and chairs provided.

The cottage is attached to the owner's main residence. No smoking is permitted throughout.
