What visitors say
i think juniors should be allowed to use free weights because the money coming out of pocket ever month isn’t a little amount i pay so much and can’t even use half the free weights in here at faringdon leisure centre and there’s more cardio and legs equipment then anything else in the gym. if your a junior i don’t recommend this gym look at better ones that let you use weights also the weights only go to 10kg and when your getting older to 14 15 years old you need to lift more weight to grow your muscles and some of the staff are really rude they can’t even come up to people and have a good conversation they are just rude and insulting.

I am writing to formally raise a complaint about my experience with Better Gym. As a junior member paying £32 per month, I find the cost to be disproportionately high given the restrictions placed on gym usage. The limitations on weight equipment significantly reduce the value of the membership, especially for those who are looking to train seriously and make progress. For the price being charged, I would expect more reasonable access to facilities. In addition to this, I have unfortunately experienced unprofessional behaviour from some members of staff. On multiple occasions, employees have come across as rude and disrespectful, which creates an uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment. A gym should be a place where members feel supported and respected, and this has not been my experience. I would appreciate it if you could review both the pricing structure and the restrictions placed on junior members, as well as address the conduct of your staff to ensure a more positive atmosphere for customers. I look forward to your response and hope to see improvements made.

This great facility will have something for everyone, including: an air conditioned gym with technogym equipment, an 25m indoor swimming pool, a relaxing sauna and steam room, group exercise studios that host a variety of classes, a large 6 court sports hall for a variety of racquet sports and ball games, squash courts and free car parking

Friendly staff, good vibes, good pool and sauna facilities. Can't speak of the gym bit but seems ok.
