The Studio

Port Lympne Zoo is five minutes away by car, while the village itself has a pub, shops and a playing green with children's facilities within walking distance. Ashford town centre lies seven miles off, where the Eurostar terminal connects to France and Brussels. The countryside around here suits cycling and family walks, with Romney Marsh visible across the landscape.

The Studio is a detached house arranged over two floors. Downstairs has the main living space—an open-plan room with kitchen, dining and sitting areas, plus a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. French doors lead to a balcony. Below ground are three bedrooms (two with kingsize beds, one single) and two bathrooms. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are included; underfloor heating warms the lower level. The kitchen is equipped for cooking from scratch, with electric hob and range, and there's a wine cooler if needed. A Smart TV with Netflix is provided. Outside, an enclosed lawned garden has patio furniture and a parking space; an electric vehicle charging point is on site (charged separately to the owner). No smoking throughout. The property sleeps four.
