The Studio

The Studio is a single-bedroom barn conversion on the edge of Ashford, done out as an open-plan space on ground level. You get a living area, dining space and kitchen in one, a king bed in its own section, and a shower room. The kitchen has an electric hob, air fryer, fridge and coffee machine—enough to cook properly or keep things simple. A smart TV sits in both the living area and bedroom. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included.

French doors open onto a private patio with garden furniture and views across a pond towards rolling fields beyond. There is parking for two cars on site. One dog or cat can stay free. Note that an unfenced pond lies in the grounds. Smoking is not permitted.

The location puts you within reach of Rye's shops, pubs and churches, Camber Sands' beach a short drive away, and Rye Harbour Nature Reserve for walking and birdwatching. The surrounding area has vineyard visits, farm shops and country pubs scattered through the lanes.
