Yew Tree Farm is a substantial rural house that opens into generous living spaces arranged across three floors. Ground level holds a living room with Smart TV, dining room with woodburner, and two kitchens each equipped for cooking and cleaning—one features a utility room with tumble dryer, useful when accommodating a group. The main bathroom has both bath and shower; a separate toilet serves the ground floor. Upstairs, four further bedrooms branch across the first and second storeys, each with Smart TV and a mix of bed sizes from super king through doubles to singles. Two bedrooms have their own ensuite facilities, one combining bath with heated towel rail.
The property accommodates 16 guests across five bedrooms and two bathrooms. Outside, the enclosed garden includes a hot tub for eight, patio and sitting-out areas, summerhouse, children's play area, and BBQ. Private parking covers five cars. One dog stays free of charge. Essentials such as electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included; heating is oil-fired. The house sits near The Red Lion and within reach of Ashford. Ground-level steps require noting. No smoking throughout.

We had the most incredible weekend at Yew Tree Farm celebrating our bride-to-be, and honestly couldn’t have chosen a better venue. The house and gardens are absolutely stunning, with so much space for everyone to relax, celebrate and make memories together. Set in beautiful countryside, it felt like the perfect escape, and everything was so simple, well organised and easy from start to finish. A huge thank you to Michelle, who truly couldn’t have done enough for us. She was so helpful throughout the whole process and made everything feel effortless. We’d also like to give a special shout-out to Ross, who was fantastic and helped make the weekend run so smoothly. Chef Silvestre was absolutely wonderful. He was so helpful, incredibly patient, and took so much care and attention with our dietary requirements, which was hugely appreciated. The food was absolutely delicious, and he brought such a warm, fun energy to the evening that made it even more special. Thank you to everyone at Yew Tree Farm for helping make our bride’s weekend so special. It was the perfect setting for an unforgettable girls’ getaway, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful place to celebrate a special occasion.

I booked this house for my best friend’s Hen and it delivered! Michelle was a super easy going, responsive and friendly host. This Airbnb is perfect for big groups. We spent the entire weekend in the gorgeous garden, but even if you booked for winter you could make use of the gorgeous inside bar and dining area which was cool. Equipped with hot tub, fire pit, beer pong, two bars, loads of seating, BBQs etc. This is such an ideal space for a group trip away. Thank you!

If you have a big party wanting a place to stay Yew Tree is it. Michelle (owner) couldn’t do enough for you. Michelle arranged for the grazing table for when we arrived and the private chef for the following day. Michelle just wants you to have a good time and you just don’t feel like you’re in someone’s else’s home. The house is amazing and so is Michelle. It’s so good we have booked to go again next year. You won’t be disappointed!!!

We stayed at Yew Tree Farm this weekend for my friend’s hen do, and it was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, Michelle made us feel instantly welcome. She encouraged us to make ourselves at home and genuinely wanted us to have the best time. Anything we needed, she was more than happy to accommodate. The cocktail‑making class hosted by Ross was such a highlight — fun, engaging, and we learnt so much. He made the whole experience brilliant, and the surprise added extra of a ride in the Aston Martin made the day even more unforgettable. We would love to come back again, not just for another celebration but with family as well. I cannot recommend Yew Tree Farm enough. It was a hen party I will always remember. All towels, bedding, surfaces etc etc all very clean.
