What visitors say
Such a gorgeous campsite! All facilities clean and tidy, reasonably priced, and pizza was delicious! Didn’t expect much with the price being cheap but excelled expectations and so much space to park on the non-electric campsite for tents! Will definitely book again

Amazing site. Very well thought out. Plenty of sinks toilets and showers Spotlessly clean. Shower is 50p lasts 10 minutes. No queuing involved although I can see at its busiest you may have to wait. Little shop that serves hot food from Easter onwards. Also they have a new coffee machine. 2.90 each. Site fees very reasonable , paid 108 for three nights two adults three dogs. This is our second visit and won't be the last. P. S contact the site directly to book as if you do it through pitch up etc it will allocate you a pitch. Ours was furthest away from the facilities, a bit of a trek with your washing up etc. This is a true dog friendly site. Has dog shower outside. There is a massive enclosed dog field just over the road. This is by far one of the nicest sites we have visited.

We have stayed here camping a couple times now and both times have been really nice. We most recently stayed there to do the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge, it is in a perfect location only 15min drive away. Then had there home made pizzas for tea after that were delicious! We will be back and I would recommend the place to anyone!

What an amazing beautiful place. This is probably one of the nicest and cleanest campsites I have ever visited. The people that run the shop/books are so helpful. They really do go out of their way to help. The toilet/shower/wash up area are on another level of cleanliness. I think there must be a little gnome hiding round the corner and cleaning every time a person leaves the toilet area. I was so impressed I actually booked for an extra night and thinking of going back in a couple of months already - definitely going to become a regular. I was with a ladies camping group (the Happy CampHers) and we were all made to feel so welcome and nothing was too much. I have no hesitation in recommending this site, apart from not reviewing it and just keeping it quiet so it doesn't get so busy I can't book myself in 😂. Will look forward to seeing you again Orcaber and it won't be long xx
