What visitors say
The four of us stopped here in late August as a final quick getaway before the end of the school holidays. We like quiet sites and try to avoid Pitchup where everybody else books so this site was perfect. The owner was very helpful and spot on with email correspondence before our stay. The site itself was very peaceful with beautiful scenery and glorious walks into the surrounding hills and village of Austwick. Site facilities were spotless and well looked after. My 12 and 15 year olds were obsessed with the small stream running through the camping field and spotting the fish while we put our feet up with a bottle of red. The site is a perfect base for visits to Kirkby Lonsdale, Skipton, and Settle, and I also thoroughly recommend visiting The Courtyard Dairy just outside the village. Will definitely be booking again.

Stopped here on my second night on the Dale High Way. I just turned up and got a pitch the weather was poor and £11 for a backpacker. Good point and nice facilities. About 1km off the Dales High Way. Good site ideally for campers walking through on trails
