What visitors say
The Odeon Luxe has now disappointed for a second time recently, and unfortunately for the same reason on both occasions. While the “Luxe” experience does deliver in terms of the reclining seats and spacious layout, this is being significantly undermined by the apparent reluctance to use the air conditioning properly, or at all. On both visits, it was uncomfortably warm, which created an unpleasant viewing experience and took away from any sense of luxury or comfort that customers are paying for. I appreciate there may be operational or corporate considerations behind this, but as a paying customer specifically choosing and paying premium prices for the Luxe experience, it is frustrating that such a basic aspect of comfort is being neglected. Comfortable seating alone does not justify the premium experience if customers are left feeling overheated throughout the film.

Had a good experience watching Inside out 2 with kids. Recliner seats are awesome. Well maintained and the staffs were friendly. Toilets are clean.

My expectations are: - Simple booking - Value for money - Clean - Nice toilets - Comfortable chairs Odeon delivers on 3-5, but not 1 and 2 because: The Odeon website has always been the hardest of the cinema websites to use. And they are just too expensive with Vue being about £6.

Go here often with a friend to watch films. We both got limitless subscriptions. The staff are always friendly and very speedy with service. Good selection of drinks and food. Comfy seating recliner chairs in all screens. Super clean and tidy. iSense screen is incredible to watch films on.
