What visitors say
Stayed here for 8 nights whilst working on a job locally. Was made very welcome by James and the staff, facilities were impeccably clean and well kept. Hot showers with good water pressure - ace! Really nice farm shop on site, great food available. Breakfast was beautiful. Will definitely book again next time I’m in the area.

We had a get-together at Orchard View Farm for two nights and had a marvellous time. We used the camper van/touring spots, bell tents and a pod, and the large Fallow Field for campers. All of our party were very complimentary about the various accommodations. We used the BBQs - the owners kindly found ways for us to use them safely in the very dry conditions. The shop and cafe were well used and both were excellent - everyone raved about the breakfasts. The location and facilities on offer were perfect for us and the owners were present, friendly and helpful. If I had to be picky, a couple more women’s toilets would be helpful. Overall, highly recommended.

Great potential but completely let down by noise and poor management. Orchard View Farm has the potential to be a brilliant campsite. The facilities are good, and the site is kept clean. However, our family stay with a two and five-year-old was completely ruined by a lack of sleep. We were given absolutely no warning when booking or checking in that a loud music festival was taking place in the field next door. The live music blasted straight into our tent well past midnight on Friday and Saturday, making it impossible to get to sleep. Management seemed seriously lacking. While Jeff on duty was lovely, he's massively overworked trying to run the whole place himself. This really showed up on our first night, when a group of around 20 unsupervised children were allowed to run wild. They were shouting, screaming, and wandering directly through other people's pitches until midnight. While management did step in on the second night to improve things, the overall experience left us feeling that the site is under-managed. It is a lovely location, but we cannot recommend it for young families until the owners improve their communication and crowd control.

Went as a family of 5 with a baby of 8 months, child of 4 years & child of 8 years. We had an amazing time. We were so well looked after! The showers were always clean when I went in, as were the toilets and sinks for washing up. (Maybe less cobwebs in the toilets would be nice but I'm not taking a star off for something as small as that!) We made a mistake with our booking but the owners were very accommodating and helped us out. Beautiful places to walk all over the place. Thank you so much for having us.
