What visitors say
This is our 9th time to this campsite visit every July (bar covid and family wedding), but this year the staff apart from Richard, who is always happy, friendly, helpful and just well mannered. Always a good morning or hello, if sees us at the gate while booking in new arrivals he straightaway opens other gate so we can through. Sadly other staff could use getting etiquette training from Richard, manners cost nothing, ive had staff walk right past us and basically blank us. They have left us queuing to get in while booking in new arrivals and looked right at us but not opening the gate, we've driven past them and no eye contact or friendly greeting. We've had other people stop to chat to us in the 15 days weve been there and they too have found staff unhelpful and ignorant. 5* for Richard, he wished us safe journey and hoped to see us again, usually we book for next year before we leave but for first time in 11 years we are considering another site for our annual Cromer holiday. Staff need a lesson in good manners and customer relations! Really disappointed this time, a let down for which is a lovely campsite. Plus need bins in toilets as toilet roll holders etc get thrown on floor along with other rubbish.

Shower facilities are great. Good location. Very cramped campsite though, they've packed in as many as they can.... and most pitches on a sleep slope. Acceptable but would not come back.

A lovely site, very clean, staff are friendly and helpful.All you need from a camp site. Once down into West Runton there is a regular bus to Cromer and Sheringham and a handy convenience store with post office. This is our second time here All 👍

Fantastic site with lots of walking opportunities with Cromer & Sheringham easily accessible. Nearby railway station gives easy access to Norwich.
