Sea Holly Cottage

Sea Holly Cottage comes fully equipped for a self-catering stay. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi and electricity are included, along with a welcome pack and travel cot if needed. The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, so you can cook properly or travel light. Central heating runs throughout. One small dog is welcome.

The layout spreads across two floors. Downstairs, a living and dining room with Freeview TV opens onto an enclosed garden with seating area. The main bedroom is a zip-and-link kingsize (or twin on request) with a shower cubicle next door. Upstairs, a double bedroom has its own bathroom with bath and shower, while two single beds occupy the third room, sharing a bathroom with bath and shower. There are three parking spaces: two on site and additional room on the road.

West Runton sits on the Norfolk coast, a five-minute walk from the beach and railway station. The village has a pub and shop nearby. Cromer and Sheringham are easily reached by train, both with beaches, piers and attractions including the Steam Railway and Splash Aqua park. Walking and cycling routes start from your doorstep—the Norfolk Coastal Path and Coast cycleway pass through the area. Norwich is 45 minutes' drive away. No smoking inside the property.
