A morning perusing books old and new. This bookshop is a hidden gem nestled away in the beautiful countryside of Shropshire. Also on site is a delightful little cafe serving the most amazing coffee and homemade cakes. I personally tried the coffee cake and it didn't disappoint. The young gentleman who served us was exceptional in manners and service. We felt so welcome here. The owner we met couldn't have been more helpful. She was full of passion and her love of books was evident. Thank you so much. We will definitely be back 🤗

No doubt the best bookshop I've ever been to. It's every avid old soul reader's dream come true. When you think of the ideal countryside bookshop experience, this is it in the flesh! Staff is absolutely incredible, very knowledgeable and insanely helpful. They've got a café with high quality coffee and homemade cake, as well as events and workshops. But most importantly—several floors of everything from the most niche books to a variety of editions of your favourite classics.

A paradise for lovers of old and new books. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There are places to sit and the chance to enjoy a light refreshment. The selection is huge and includes everything to delight the heart of a passionate reader.
