The Snug Cottage

The Snug Cottage is a two-bedroom property in Stratford St Mary, within the Dedham Vale National Landscape. One pet stays free, making it straightforward for those travelling with a dog or cat. The whole place is yours alone, with parking on the road outside.

Downstairs is open-plan: a living area with wooden beams, exposed brick and a working woodburner (initial fuel provided), plus a dining space and kitchen. The kitchen has an electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine for a proper self-catering setup. Upstairs are two bedrooms—one with a double bed, the other containing a single and a cabin bed—and a shower room with a heated towel rail. Bed linen, towels and wifi are included, along with electricity and central heating.

The Swan Inn is within a mile, and riverside footpaths run through the village. The cottage suits couples, families and groups of friends; smoking is not permitted indoors.
