First time visit, really cool place! The slides are very impressive, the rapids were fun, and the wave area was brilliant. I'd have given 5 stars but they allow to many people in on one slot creating ques for the slides which can take well over half an hour to stand for. We gave up queuing at one point. On leaving the pool area me and my sons locker glitched on the touch screen swipe leaving us stood freezing for nearly 20 minutes until 2 staff members tried getting the system to work. Also my wife sat in the cafe section whilst we were inside, she was told that the cafe would be opening by a staff member on arrival, though it stayed totally shut for the entire time? If the cafe was open, the lockers had the coin devices that have always been functional and the quantity of people wasn't over congested it'd be a lot better.

Excellent place, the slides are fun and the staff were very helpful. That lazy river though, it's more like being at work. It's fast but fun. The cyclone was so much fun. The lass at top asked me if I was a strong swimmer. I told her "well I haven't drowned yet." She took the joke well. I do wish I had gone at during term time, the wait for the rides was longer than I would have liked but it was school holidays so what can you do. I would visit again if I lived closer. It's got slides for everyone and the wave pool is fun. One criticism, 2 hours is not enough. Anyway take the kids and have a blast. I certainly did.

An excellent waterpark, for England. The rides are good, the equal of European water parks but throughput is very slow so wait times are long. With a 2hr visit window, you could easily spend most of your time queuing. Luckily the wave pool is quite good and the lazy river very good with strong currents and large bubble areas. The park is very compact making very efficient use of the inside space but at the cost of poor visibility around the park - don't lose your younger ones!! Clean and in quite good repair although tornado was out of action as were quite a few lockers. The kiosk seems to be permanently closed but if you've only got 2hr you're not wasting time there anyway. Lots of very attentive guards.

First time visiting here, overall a great couple of hours! Plenty of lockers/changing rooms (no token/pound coin needed-wrist band with QR code which comes with the booking). Small slides at the beginning for younger children and bigger ones at the top which are great. One note is be prepared to wait 10-20 minutes for a couple of the popular slides but apart from that can't complain about anything. Also multi-storey carpark 2 minutes walk away 👍
