Booked an overnight night stay for a Duke of Edinburgh Sulver Expedition. The weather was God-Awful but the site was great. The DofE field has a unit where you can cook and wash up, with seating, and proper toilets. I have been told there are showers (pay to use) on site, but we didn't use them. We will definitely be back next year when we run the next qualifying Silver Expedition.

A fantastic campsite! Great value. All you need is £1 for the showers. Love the added extras like plugs in the shower block to dry your hair and freezers for ice blocks. Downsize is the field doesn’t have any flat spots and does require a drive to start walks.
