About Caerddaniel Holiday Home Park

Perched on the Snowdonia coast with sweeping views over Cardigan Bay and the Llŷn Peninsula, this family-run park offers direct access to a sandy beach below and some of North Wales' most dramatic scenery. Static holiday homes occupy most of the terraced pitches, though a handful of camping spots allow tourers to wake to those same magnificent sunsets across the water. The site maintains a peaceful, well-kept atmosphere, with essential facilities including a shop, takeaway and children's play area.

From here, Barmouth's Victorian seafront and the Mawddach estuary are a short drive north, while the mountains of Snowdonia loom inland—perfect for walkers, mountain bikers and anyone seeking outdoor adventure. Dogs are welcome year-round, making it a solid base for families who want beaches, trails and that classic Welsh coastal panorama all within easy reach.

The site is a family and pet friendly site, exceptionally clean with private access to your own part of the beach. There is a park area for kids and a area to play ball games and run around safely. A small shop which is well stocked and good quality take away food. There is nothing to fault this site and I would highly recommend it.

We recently spent a family holiday here and had a wonderful time. The location is stunning, and the caravan we stayed in is real value for money. It has direct access to a lovely beach (see picture), and lots of facilities from a park, to an on-site takeaway/shop. Barmouth is only a stones throw away, with lots to do for a family with young kids as well. We would highly recommend a stay at this caravan park.

Beautiful, peaceful location with absolutely stunning views…my daughter who is 4 years old loved going down to the sandy beach every morning and evening while the tide was out looking for seashells. Staff were polite and informative and food was delicious also. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway that’s not a far journey from local shops and other tourist locations this is a perfect place to go.

Long weekend family holiday. Location is perfect, between Talybont and Barmouth. Services on the park are minimal with a small shop for essentials and a small cafe/restaurant. Heard great reviews for the Sunday carvery but unfortunately find it is booking only and must be during the week not on the day. A very clean and well kept park with easy access to the beach. Would go again.
