I am extremely disappointed with my experience and will not be returning. The overall standard of service was unacceptable. There were only two showers available for use, which is completely inadequate and shows poor management of the facilities. What made the situation worse was the behaviour of the staff. I was spoken to in a rude and disrespectful manner when attempting to use the spa showers, while others were using them without being challenged. The way this was handled felt discriminatory, and from my experience, it came across as racist. No customer should be made to feel singled out or treated differently in this way. On top of that, the available showers were far too hot, making them uncomfortable to use. The facilities were poorly maintained and the overall experience was extremely frustrating. Due to this experience, I will be seeking a full refund and will not be visiting again. I would not recommend this place unless serious improvements are made, particularly in staff behaviour and customer treatment.

Facilities were great and the applications of the rules were sensible so that kids could enjoy themselves whilst remaining safe. We did have to queue to get in due to popularity during school holidays. Star dropped because there was no info given to those queuing in the cold as to what the hold up was and whether we would gain entry if we waited

Worst gym I’ve ever been to. It’s incredibly small and overcrowded — you’re practically smelling the person next to you while trying to work out. The equipment selection is minimal, especially for women, with very few machines available. Paying £35 a month is ridiculous for what you get. They advertise “classes included,” but their pricing is a mess. The same class is listed at £10 in one place on the app and £20 somewhere else on the same app. There’s no consistency or transparency. They offering blue light card discounts but then they ask how you work, if I’m working privately and I qualified for a blue light card is not enough for them. On top of struggling to find space to train, you end up having to clean equipment constantly because the gym is so cramped and busy. £35 for a tiny gym with limited equipment and confusing pricing is simply not worth it. Would not recommend. LATER EDIT: Not everyone wants 4 centres access swimming pools and few classes per week. As they are still limited not like you can actually go to all of them to try make this money worth. Some people just want a gym close to home with everything needed. But sadly it’s not the case here. Maybe make a membership for people who want only to train and go home.I don’t even want shower access anyways they gross and dirty. And no one is happy to clarify anything, when I asked why I don’t qualify for Blue light scheme reception ladies said I just don’t qualify, not even checking in computer or anything, simply they knew with no explication whatsoever. Just because I cancelled my direct debit I almost got denied access into the gym. After having the actual month paid, and when trying to explain poor girl had no idea what I’m talking about, she said she’ll sort it but for my next visit I still had to prepare with screenshots and to explain why I should still have access.

Visited for the first time in over 30 years with my 2 children. Very competitively priced for the quality of the facility. Long sessions with polite and helpful staff. Could probably do with a deep clean but other than that it's spot on.
