Hearth Barnstay is a converted barn on a working farm in Hampshire, available as a whole property for groups of up to 12. The six bedrooms and five bathrooms are distributed across a restored building that keeps rural character while offering contemporary comfort. You get wifi, heating, bed linen and towels included, and there is parking on site.

The layout gives you space to gather as one group or split into smaller clusters—the wood burner provides a focal point for communal time, while individual bedrooms serve as quiet retreats. The swimming pool is a significant draw for families or friends celebrating together. The property sits within farmland, so countryside walks are immediate and straightforward. Smoking is not permitted.
