What visitors say
First time here, drove 1 hour to get here, 1000% stressful place to find! Google maps just takes you to a street.. did not realise the place is in a BIG complex shopping mall!! No phone signal to find car park, somehow found it, then had to walk to FIND this place! One staff at desk, long queue, 20 minutes late.. then instantly headache once inside, super busy, lots of boys going crazy screaming like girls! Cafe tables too close to the play area where the boys are screaming (like girls). Too much effort to get to if not local. 🤦♂️...kids LOVE IT! Parents HATE IT! 🤦🏻♂️😅

We went to Flip Out at Festival Place Basingstoke in continuity after enjoying the Festival of Limitless Extreme Sports and watching amazing somersaults. Flip Out was a refreshing and welcoming space , well designed and cushiony everywhere — spotless, fun, and full of energy. There were plenty of coaches around, making it feel both safe and engaging. It’s becoming one of the best trampoline spots in Hampshire. The space is well-designed, with a trendy, dark vibe and a groovy green theme that helps you let off steam and bounce higher. We felt super welcomed and had an amazing time!

We visited today as a family of 5. Kids age 10 and 15. Lots of choice of activities but not all open. Some bits are a bit tired and dark but this didn’t stop the fun. The kids particularly liked the stunt area. Overall it was clean and the staff were friendly. The kids already want to go back!!

Me and the family booked a 2 hour off peak for 3 children to jump, and 2 to spectate. It was my twin boys 8th birthday. I paid for 2 under 1.2 meters, but turned out they were actually now a millimeter over 1.2 so had to pay for the adult tickets instead. First impressions it seemed smaller than I'd expected. Not many people there for off peak which was good. There was no kitchen as not enough staff, so there was no food available at all, just crisps and drinks. I noticed there was almost no music playing throughout, which I felt some good beats would have enhanced the experience. My daughter of 11yrs kept coming back saying the attend was just walking about telling everyone off. For this example, she was sat on the edge of one of those drop pits, with the big foam cubes. She picked one up to see if it was heavy, squidgy etc and was immediately told she wasn't allowed to touch them. They do have their own free WiFi which was handy as you won't get a signal in there. My children said it was OK and they did have fun, but when asked if they wanted to come back they said no. It's actually hard to rate really because we didn't explore everything like the Laser tag. Or maybe cause off peak there's less crew working. It was around £45+ the extra £17 increase for being over 1.2 for 2 hours. Me and the wife were bored after an hour as we couldn't see them jumping etc, and then no kitchen. Our regular place has unlimited coffee and table service etc. So I do recommend going!! Experience it for yourself as our kids were sweating from jumping. Some of the crew seemed nice. We may try it again as it wasn't a bad experience but also didn't blow us away. Oh. They don't have parking. We had to use a multistory car park and walk about 8 minutes to the venue. Which was around £3.60 to park.
