Avoid this property at 15 River Street, Bath. We found a rat in the kitchen cupboard and were forced to find alternative accommodation before spending a single night there. The owners attempted to suggest that we did not show up to the property and refused to refund any of our payment, almost £1000. This refusal was despite contacting them as soon as the rat was discovered (to which we were advised that the DIY man could come round), and contacting the company we booked through (booking.com), who tried but failed to negotiate a refund on our behalf three times. We booked it for a family of 5 and it was unsanitary and unfit for purpose. The owners were awful to deal with. Avoid at all costs.
