What a disappointment. The service was poor from start to finish, and even my children noticed how badly things were handled. Gordon Ramsay has some work to do at his own restaurant! We ordered three pizza deals and were only told afterwards that we were not allowed to share them. As a result, we ordered wings and chips as well. When we asked if we could sample the different wing sauces before ordering, the chef refused. We then selected a variety of wings, only to be told moments later that they had no wings available at all. Things went from bad to worse when our beers arrived served in whisky glasses filled with ice. It was ridiculous. When the pizzas finally arrived, we asked for plates so we could share with our children. Another member of staff immediately stepped in to tell us again that sharing was not allowed. Our point was simple: since there were no wings available, we needed to share the pizzas with our kids. What should have been a straightforward request turned into an unnecessary argument. The restaurant only had two occupied tables, yet the staff seemed more concerned with enforcing rules than looking after customers. In the end, we packed up our pizzas and ate them outside at the brewery instead. The entire experience highlighted a lack of training, from customer service through to food operations. To make matters worse, a service charge was added to the bill, and the manager claimed they could not remove it. Overall, one of the most disappointing restaurant experiences we've had. Poor service, poor communication, and zero flexibility. We won't be returning.

Avoid at all costs – an absolute shambles of an experience. My friend and I visited this venue near Battersea Power Station. We were starving and had exactly one hour for a quick lunch. We chose pizza thinking it would be a fast, efficient, and filling option, but it turned out to be the worst dining experience I have ever had in my life. From the moment we arrived, the front-of-house staff were incredibly indifferent. The waiter strongly pushed the £20 'all-you-can-eat' option. We explicitly informed them that my friend does not eat pork, and we were assured that plenty of alternative choices would be circulated and we agreed. What followed was an agonizingly slow and chaotic service. It took 15 minutes just for our first two slices of basic Margherita to arrive. Another 10 minutes passed before the next round. When we questioned the ridiculous delay, the waiter laughed it off, claiming everything was 'fresh from the oven.' It felt like a blatant insult to our intelligence—when the pizzas did arrive, they were visibly rushed, greasy, messy, and thrown together without any care. To make matters worse, the subsequent rounds brought out contained pork, meaning only I could eat while my friend was left sitting there completely neglected and hungry. By the time we were waiting for a fourth round, our appetite was ruined, our time had run out, and we had to give up entirely. At the till, I explained the situation to the cashier—that the service was shambolic, the dietary requirements were ignored, and my friend had only managed two basic slices due to their extreme delays. I requested to pay for just one person, but was met with a cold refusal. We were forced to pay the full amount: £45 (including service charge) for a few miserable, low-quality slices. If you cannot manage a basic buffet system, respect dietary choices, or deliver acceptable quality, do not put it on the menu. Save your money and avoid this place entirely. A complete rip-off.

It’s a fun idea and it was good for a group of friends to spend a long time over dinner having breaks and then a few more slices. The pizza just isn’t great. Some of the flavours we tried we call didn’t like. One pizza tasted like chicken soup - I guess that’s good if you’ve got a cold.

Pizza is subpar quality - equivant if not worst than your generic take out places like Pizza Hut and domino’s… You are in London, there are plenty of really top and standard good pizzeria. Would not recommend this place at all. Also the wooden board it serves the pizza on need a proper cleaning scrubs, it reeks of old oil, pretty unhygienic and smell bad…
