Solis

I went here with my brother for a dinner recently and had the most delicious meal. We ordered the grilled chateaubriand steak and it was amazing. So tender and perfectly paired with the sauces. The beef croquettes, fries and asador salad were all so incredibly tasty too. Genuinely one of the better meals I have had in London, with everything I tried impressing me. One of my favourites from the evening was the torta de chocolate, absolutely delightful and cannot wait to come back to have some more. I will say that my only note about Solis would be that the seats were not very comfortable and tables could be a little larger, with more room between tables really.

I had lunch at Solis this week and it didn’t disappoint!! I had the solis steak with fries and salad. It was so good I left the plate clean. It came at such a good price, £24, which is very decent for London. I also tried one of their cocktails which was fantastic. The service was 5 star.

I had the best experience at Solis! I’m visiting from Canada, and our waitress, Marine, made our visit truly unforgettable. She went above and beyond to make our dining experience a perfect 10/10. Her kindness, attentiveness, and exceptional service really stood out. You’re lucky to have her on your team!

Fantastic food and even better service! Came here as a party of 10 on Sunday, and the atmosphere was amazing. Special shoutout to our server Noha A; her service is exemplary and we felt so welcome and so comfortable. So grateful for her patience and skill in taking our orders and for being so kind throughout our dining experience. This place came highly commended by a friend, so even with high expectations Solis delivered. In terms of food, my friends all thoroughly enjoyed the steak combinado while I absolutely devoured the chicken combinado. The chicken was so juicy and just dripping with delicious favour. Both are fantastic, and the seasoned fries they come with are the cherry on top. I also got their ice tea, which wasn’t my favourite but did make for a good refresher between bites. While I generally don’t care much for salads or desserts, the tomatoes and onions were well seasoned and the blueberry cheesecake was perfect. Overall, totally recommend this place for a date night or dinner with friends. Once again shout out Noha!
