What diners say
I celebrated my 20th birthday here yesterday with my family, and it couldn’t have been a better experience! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavour. A huge thank you to our waitress, Bandana, who was so friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout the evening. Sergio, the manager, was also fantastic—he made sure everything ran smoothly and helped make my birthday celebration even more special. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service from start to finish was exceptional. Thank you for making my 20th birthday so memorable. We’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend this restaurant!

Went there for a late lunch. Service was great and the food was a lot better than expected. We had no expectations going into the restaurant, we didn't even look at the reviews first. It just seemed like a nice place to eat from the outside that seemed quite popular. The price of the food was on the pricier side so after looking at the menu the expectations started creeping up. The children's bento box was, however, very good value for money. There are absolutely no complaints about the food. Not sure if they do it normally but all seafood was served with ice under it. It all tasted fresh and made to order.

Overall: Food: (Danish) Japanese The ever expanding Danish Japanese import rarely disappoints despite the smaller portions and higher price point. You don't feel like you're in a chain here. Just a large well run restaurant. I've always enjoyed it since it's humble start in Wimbledon then Covent Garden and having visited in Copenhagen too. If you enjoy sushi/sashimi it's average - not stand out but it's the sun of all parts which makes this place good overall hence why I said (below) I'll always go back! What I liked: • Friendly service • Lovely presented food • Reliable and consistent • Food tastes really good What I didn’t like: • Rice. The steamed rice is not the greatest. • Portion sizes are small • Price point is high Do I recommend going? YES Will I go again? YES Was it good value? NO Price Point: $$
