Great gym. Lots of coments about their not being enough parking. Maybe walk? Cycle?? Or run? After all, most people going to the gym are able bodied and looking to work out. Why not make the journey part of your exercise?

I love swimming ar harbouring pool Suzanne and Michele are great on reception. The pool is always clean a d the changing rooms ate tidy and the toilets are very well tidy

The gym section is small and does not have many equipment. I only have 30/45 minutes every day to go to this gym, but when i get there, sometimes i have to wait because other people take their time using particular equipment, and no one there to tell them to show respect to other members .. i almost got into argument with couple of people, when i asked the receptionist and the instructor, they said they cant do anything about it. I cancelled my membership.. it is quiet expensive anyway.:

Pool is good with 3 wide lanes for different abilities and 25 metre length. Gym itself is a little small but very well equipped with loads of different resistance machines and weights. Staff are helpful but the app can be a bit crap.
