Malmaison Belfast

Had afternoon tea here on Sunday, and oh what a treat! Everything brought out was just really delicious - not just sandwiches and scones but really beautiful little pieces that had very obviously had a master chef's input due to the combinations of flavours and the attention to detail. My husband usually prefers a big meal but he came to humour me, however, even he was pleasantly surprised and thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon. The attention to detail didn't stop there - the staff were just a credit to the hotel. From our lovely waitress, Shelbywith the OCD (what a wonderful job you do with everything so spotless and perfect!), to William who was just so welcoming, friendly, attentive and professional, and an absolute asset to the hotel (well they both were!) Later the new staff appeared and they too seemed to be polite and friendly. You've no idea how much pleasant and attentive staff can absolutely make your whole visit. 10 out of 10 Malmaison - so much better than I had hoped for - we will definitely be back again!! Thanks guys! x

I stayed here for my 18th birthday weekend away. the room was clean and well organised with everything i could of needed. the reception staff were lovely & welcoming aswell as the bar staff. one young man originally from edinburgh served me and i thought his customer service was exceptional, could tell he loves his job!! overall- great clean hotel in a good area.

I stayed at Malmaison Belfast for one night with work and had such a fantastic experience. The service was exceptional, especially from Jose and Mia, who made my stay extra special and really went the extra mile to ensure I felt welcome. Their friendliness and attention to detail made all the difference. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. Thank you, Jose and Mia! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Pleasant check in from welcoming receptionist. Stayed 28+29 May. Unfortunately the room was too hot (as was our friends'), despite opening the window. All rooms have fans, suggesting this is a long standing issue. Daily temps were average for Belfast in late may - around 20 centigrade, so the hotel seems to have a heating problem, Belfast in the Spring isn't hot. The rooms are also quite dimly lit with low power light bulbs. On check out, a different receptionist asked how the stay was, when I mentioned the heat, she told me I should have paid extra for a room with air-conditining.
