About Benedicts Hotel

Bradbury Place puts Benedicts Hotel right in the thick of Belfast's city centre, a short walk from Botanic and the Castle Court Shopping Centre, with plenty of pubs, bars and restaurants dotted along the surrounding streets. It's a spot for guests who want to be close to the action rather than tucked away.

Rooms come with en-suite bathrooms, free WiFi and drinks available in room, and there are accessible rooms for those who need them. On site, the restaurant and bar are a strong point, with guests regularly praising the breakfast and dinner menus and the quality of the cocktails on offer. Room service, packed lunches, luggage storage and outdoor seating round out the practical extras.

Staff are generally described as friendly and attentive, and the hotel is seen as good value for money, though a handful of guests have found service inconsistent at times. With a golf course, entertainment and further dining options nearby, Benedicts works well as a base for exploring Belfast on foot.

The experience from start to finish has been lovely. From the hotel double checking our booking a few days before, so we knew it was secure over a busy period (belsonic and graduation time in belfast) we arrive early for checkin and the lovely Caroline at the front desk made sure we were welcome and comfortable while we waited. Everytime we approached the front desk we were met with a welcoming smile and helpful update and information. The rooms are also lovely and well kept and the bar staff were very accommodating, even while preparing for a very busy bottomless brunch! Id recommend this hotel, even if they have a busy event (as long as youre okay with a bit of a party downstairs!) Caroline is a huge asset to the building as one of the first faces you meet, and everything that follows was fantastic!

We arrived at the hotel at 6pm on the night the city went into lockdown at 7 because of the troubles. We were stunned to find the city Basically shut. Martin, the hotel manager that evening was absolutely fabulous. In fact, the entire staff at the hotel, were incredible. So kind, even though they were facing an uncertain time for them and their families. My sister was celebrating her birthday that night and we had a fabulous meal in the hotel hotel restaurant. Open the mini hotels in my life, but I can’t remember ever being treated so well. I have to have a special shout out to our waiter on the evening Adam looked after a superbly.

We had bottomless brunch for a Hen Party in Benedicts , it was fab. Great for a lively crowd , the food was so good and the service was brilliant , in particular a young man named Kevin who dealt with our table. So professional and friendly.
