The room was really cute. The bathroom was tight, but that was to be expected. We didn’t see any staff at all. The room was extremely hot with no circulation. Since it is near the intersection of 2 busy roads, having the window open made sleeping a challenge. The “breakfast” was very limited. I did not feel particularly safe arriving at and being outside of the building. Our room looked out on a service area with dumpsters.

We stayed here for our recent long weekend in Belfast. It was everything you needed when all your really require is a bed and shower. Although they offered breakfast, we never got chance to try it. The bed was very comfortable and the room heated well. Which was good because of the snow we received. Although its a wee way out of the city center. We didnt think the walk was so bad. Check in and check out was easy. Definitely recommended.

The place was accessible and great location that is just near the Belfast City Centre. The bus stop for buses to and from City Centre is only a few walk away from the place which is an A+! The room is clean, tidy and just enough space for a small family/3 person. Will book again in the future!!

🥰A cozy hotel with no reception. You receive a password and access code for your room keys via email. Comfortable bed and lots of TV channels. The room was warm. The room has a kettle, tea bags and coffee sticks. The room has a safe, an iron, and a hairdryer. 🤔The hotel is located near the road and it was noisy. 🤔Parking is not free, we paid 8 pounds and no marking of parking spaces. 😋 Breakfast includes cornflakes, toast, butter, jams, juices, yogurt, coffee, tea, milk and fruits. 😍 very friendly and helpful staff.
