About ibis Belfast City Centre Hotel

Belfast's city centre puts Castle Street and the surrounding attractions within easy reach, and ibis Belfast City Centre Hotel makes use of that position across its nine floors and 124 rooms. The building is straightforward and functional rather than showy, with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and free WiFi throughout, plus accessible rooms available. Some rooms run on the smaller side and a few show signs of wear, so this suits guests after a practical base over a polished one.

A restaurant and bar operate on site alongside a snack bar serving pizza around the clock, and breakfast is available for those who want to start the day without leaving the building. Business services, laundry, and luggage storage round out the practical offer, useful for both business trips and short city breaks. Parking is not included but chargeable options are available nearby.

Staff are consistently mentioned as helpful and the showers get particular praise for their strength. Beyond the hotel, Castle Street sits amid Belfast's pubs, restaurants and entertainment options, all within walking distance, making it a workable base for exploring the city on foot.

Had a great time visiting from the US. Late night staff was phenomenal. Tribh was incredible, had many local recommendations, and all around class act. Johnny knew so much about whiskeys and was hilarious. Ade came in for the late night shift and kept everything clean and organized. Super friendly and passionate staff. Was in Belfast for work but left with new friends! Great location, great staff. Would highly recommend. Cheers to the ibis team for making my work trip more enjoyable.

This is a budget hotel, so don't expect 5* luxury. But the the important things... The room was clean, the shower hot and powerful. Clean and comfy bed and pillows, aiding a good night's sleep. The breakfast should you want it is good, with plenty of choice and good value for money. It is in a great location, with easy walking distance to everything in the city. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The night staff were lovely as I had a very late check in, very helpful. The room itself was very nice my only reason I wont be staying is the bed, I have lower back issues and sadly woke up very rough. Its like 2 thin metres pads side by side. Love place and if I didnt have back issues I would stay again.

Absolutely superb. The room was well spacious, the location was ideal and the staff were extremely friendly. I particularly want to reserve special praise to Luksika. Such a pleasant, lovely lady who was more than helpful with all my needs in terms of seeking various locations in Belfast. It truly is refreshing dealing with someone who clearly enjoys their job. So thank you Luksika for all your help (or khàawp khun khráp, as they say in Thailand) Overall I'm very happy with everything and there is no doubt in my mind that I'll be back again.
