About Leonardo Hotel Belfast

Leonardo Hotel Belfast suits travellers who want to be right in the thick of things without giving up space or comfort. With 270 rooms, it works equally well for a family city break, a couple's weekend away, or a business trip, thanks to its position on Great Victoria Street close to Belfast's main attractions and transport links.

Rooms are noticeably roomy by city-hotel standards, each with an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and free WiFi, with family and accessible rooms available and drinks and room service on offer for those who'd rather not venture out. Breakfast is a highlight, with a wide enough spread to suit fussy eaters and early starts alike, and the on-site restaurant and bar cover dinner and a nightcap. Staff are consistently friendly and helpful, though service can be slow at busier times. Extra facilities include a lift, laundry service, luggage storage, meeting rooms, packed lunches, kids' meals and an electric vehicle charge point, with parking available nearby for a fee.

Outside the door, guests are within reach of pubs, restaurants and entertainment, plus a nearby golf course for those wanting to fill a free afternoon. It's a practical, comfortable base for exploring Belfast on foot.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Great to have people you can speak to immediately when arriving. We asked to leave our bags, as we arrived very early. This was not a problem and we were so grateful. The room was huge, bright and clean. There were lots of thoughtful touches, that made us feel valued and welcome. Tea, coffee, biscuits, hairdryer etc. Beds were really comfortable, we slept really well. Such a superb location. We only had the day and one night in Belfast, so it was great to walk out of the hotel and be in the middle of everything.

I don’t usually write reviews however on this occasion it feels necessary. I booked this hotel as a surprise 21st birthday present for my boyfriend and I had arranged for the room to be decorated. Due to a miscommunication on both ends it wasn’t decorated when I arrived however after speaking to reception this was made possible when we went out for dinner and they went above and beyond to make it happen. They upgraded us on arrival and had left treats and a note for my boyfriend to receive. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will be back.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Check in staff we're amazing and couldn't fault them at all. Very professional and extremely polite. Bar staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very nice and about what we expected. Breakfast was exceptional and had a great selection of cuisines to choose from. Location was great and within walking distance of the city center. Will definitely be back to this hotel. 10/10

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Cannot rate highly enough. Clean room, lots of hot water. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious and the hotel feels very safe and secure with card access to the lifts and toilets. Centrally located too which is a bonus. Special mention to Laura at reception who, after hearing we had had a difficult travelling journey, arranged to make our evening a little bit better with a complimentary drink. It was very much appreciated and demonstrated that extra step in customer care which means we will be recommending this hotel to others and will book ourselves again in the future.
