Manor Farm Lakes

I fished on the new Anne’s lake. Lovely day, caught some nice f1s on the method feeder. This new lake is fab, an island to cast to and well stocked with f1s and carp. Nothing too huge so you are able to be busy and catch plenty of medium size fish. The complex is very well maintained and the bailiffs are knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you

Very nice fishery about an hour outside London. Has multiple lakes, clean toilets at each lake and multiple pegs to fish from. Each lake has enough space to feel you're not shooting ducks in a barrel. 7 lakes in total, with varying degrees of difficulty. Opens 7am to 9pm which is longer than most day tickets. Day ticket only, pre booking. Worth it.

Absolutely awful, we came as amateurs, were greeted with snarky comments about us not printing our ticket out. As we were new here we had no clue. We then set up are stuff 20 minutes in the baylift came and was cocky and rude. About us not having “a big enough net” and we said oh sorry. He said you should probs get coaching first. We left and I phoned up to get a refund as we weren’t happy with the service provided by this place, and all I had was a rude lady screaming down the phone at me saying I broke the rules, I stated that I understood I didn’t have a big enough bet and that I’m phoning up because I’m unhappy with the service from them. She said she finds it hard to belive her staff are like that. It’s places like this that cause finishing to be a closed community.. as new comers just get laughed at. Would not recommend going to the place!
