Broom is a quiet village in Central Bedfordshire, close enough to Biggleswade for shops and restaurants yet far enough out to feel properly rural. Eventide sits on the edge of this small community, with Parkside Farm Shop—selling locally sourced produce—right beside it. The nearest pub is a ten-minute walk away. For a larger selection of amenities, Biggleswade is two and a half miles off, with a train station offering direct routes to both London and Cambridge in under an hour.
The cottage is a renovated three-bedroom semi-detached property that sleeps five. Downstairs there's a living room with an electric fire and Freeview TV, a separate dining room, a kitchen equipped for proper cooking, and a toilet. Upstairs, the bedrooms contain a king bed, twin beds, and a single bed respectively, served by a bathroom with a shower over the bath. The essentials—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi—are all included. There's private parking for two cars and a small shared lawned garden with seating outside.
The layout and rural setting make it suitable for families, walkers and cyclists. No smoking inside the property.
