Brooklands Farm Cottage is a single-storey property on the edge of Biggleswade, newly built for 2025. Everything happens on ground level: an open-plan living space flows into a dining and kitchen area, with a king bedroom, twin room, and shower room completing the layout. The kitchen comes with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, and all the essentials for self-catering. Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included. One car can park on site; there is also a front garden with patio and furniture, though this is shared with the owner.
