Acocks Green Bowl

Excellent service! All the staff members were incredibly helpful. We purchased a family pack for an hour, but because we had several game sticks left and time was running out, the staff kindly added extra time for us free of charge. We really appreciated the gesture and had a great experience. Highly recommended!

Daughter really enjoyed her party here yesterday the only reason I have given 4 stars instead of 5 is that I think the children should be given there slush maybe half hour into the party instead of near the end when the pizza comes out. Also the renew isn't fully finished yet but it's looking amazing so far well needed update. All Staff are amazing and happy to help

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to formally complain about a recent experience booking bowling at your venue. Your website advertises unlimited bowling at £12.50 per person. At no point online does it state that there is a minimum number of individuals required for a booking, nor does it explain that a single child would be charged £25. This information is also not quoted anywhere within your published terms and conditions. Due to the lack of clarity online, I had no option but to call to proceed with the booking. I was then informed that I would be required to pay £25 for one child to bowl. This came as a surprise, as this cost is not clearly disclosed anywhere prior to booking. I believe this lack of transparency is misleading and unacceptable, as customers are unable to make an informed decision based on the information provided. To make matters worse, when I queried this charge over the phone, the staff member I spoke to was extremely rude and unapologetic. I was dismissively told, “it’s the rules, love,” and it was made clear that my concern — or indeed my custom — was of no importance. This manner of communication is wholly inappropriate and falls far below an acceptable standard of customer service. Had the minimum number requirement and the £25 charge been clearly stated online or within your terms and conditions, this situation could have been avoided entirely. Instead, I was placed in a position where I felt pressured to pay a fee that was never properly disclosed. I would appreciate a written explanation as to why this information is not clearly advertised, along with details of how you intend to address both the lack of transparency and the poor customer service I experienced. I would also like to know whether a refund or goodwill gesture will be offered in light of this situation. I look forward to your response, many thanks.

We had a great time at Discobowl Acocks Green! We played both bowling and laser tag with our family, and everyone really enjoyed it. The atmosphere was fun and family-friendly, the staff were welcoming, and the facilities were well maintained. The children were especially happy and had an amazing time. It’s a great place for families looking to spend quality time together. Highly recommended!
