What visitors say
Myself and my two boys, aged 7 and 10, had an absolutely fantastic day on the Family Adventure experience at Ackers Adventure Birmingham. We thoroughly enjoyed every activity, including the tubing, fan freefall, zip wire, canoe paddling, archery and rock climbing. There was a great variety of activities throughout the day, which kept both boys engaged and excited from start to finish. What really made the experience stand out was the quality of the instructors. They were calm, patient, friendly and incredibly helpful throughout. The day never felt rushed; they took everything at our pace, making sure the boys felt comfortable and confident before moving on to the next activity. Their encouragement and professionalism made a huge difference and helped create a really enjoyable atmosphere. A particular thank you to Dan, Mike and Dante, who were excellent throughout the day and helped make it such a memorable experience for all of us. We left with lots of great memories and would highly recommend Ackers Adventure to any family looking for a fun, active and well-organised day out. We'll definitely be back!

So i went bell boating sponsored by the canals and river trust and it was a lovely sunny day, met some nice ladies and we all paddled up the canal. The male instructors were jolly, very very informative and helpful and kind and it's spurred me on to do more unique activities. Thankyou I will be back.

Very disappointed and honestly appalled by the service during our second visit… 🫤 We rebooked the family tubing session because we had an amazing, enjoyable experience the first time. Last visit we had a lovely man (I can’t remember his name) who actually engaged with everyone throughout the session - helping us at the top of the hill, pushing us each time and making sure we were having fun. This time, we were looked after by a lady named Grace, and the whole experience was completely different. She kept using her phone and offered little to no interaction or assistance. Her lack of effort meant the session was nowhere near as fun as we expected and it honestly felt like we weren’t being properly cared for at all 🙁. My younger siblings were really looking forward to returning, but after today, we won’t be back.

Me and my best friend (egg girl and Trix) went to the holiday camp here and it was amazing. The workers are outstanding and we particularly had a lovely time whilst doing the fan descender and zipwire. - special thanks to kian (see the light as it shines in the see. it calls me) for being patient with us and putting up with us. Thank you for making our experience amazing and we will be back next year. From T and I :)
