We recently stayed at the Edgbaston Park Hotel and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the reception team were friendly, welcoming, and professional, making us feel at home straight away. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and included lots of thoughtful touches such as fresh fruit, chocolates, robes, and other little extras that made the stay feel special. The location was perfect for us as we were attending an event at Winterbourne House, which is practically on the doorstep. We had a fantastic night’s sleep – the bed was enormous, incredibly comfortable, and very cosy. Breakfast was excellent. Although the restaurant was busy, it was well organised, all options were fully stocked, and everything was piping hot. Overall, a lovely stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended.

This is the perfect hotel and the service was on point with lovely friendly staff. I was hungry and the kitchen was closed for food and they especially made some fries with parmesan cheese and truffle for me. The staff at the bar and reception are just so lovely and make you feel really welcomed and the cleaners work really hard to make sure the rooms are immaculate. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone

Amazing stay, the staff were incredibly helpful and kind throughout. There was some noise from a venue outside their control so they arranged for us to move rooms so we had a beautifully quiet night. The rooms, restaurant and bar were all very clean with wonderful staff.

Stayed here for 3 nights during my recent visit to Birmingham. This was my fourth stay at Edgbaston Park Hotel, and it continues to be my first preference whenever I’m in town. The property is well maintained, thoughtfully designed, and you can tell there’s a clear focus on sustainability. The location works really well, right by the University and well connected to public transport. Overall, another very comfortable and reliable stay. Always a place I look forward to returning to when I’m in Birmingham.
