My stay in January was a last minute booking, I booked somewhere else originally and was moved hotels by my booking provider to Haya Guest House. Fabulous and clean and ideal location for me. I will be returning for my second stay next week. Zara was polite & courteous. Place is clean and bathroom is beautifully designed. Thank you Zara. See you next week

I had a terrible experience at this guest house. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful, which made the whole stay uncomfortable from the start. Customer service was basically non-existent. The cleanliness was also very poor. The room did not feel properly cleaned, and overall hygiene standards were unacceptable. To make things worse, there were signs of rats, which is completely unacceptable in any accommodation. There was also constant noise, making it very difficult to sleep or relax. For the price charged, this place does not meet even basic standards. I would definitely not recommend staying here.🤮🥴🤢

Honestly wish I read the reviews properly before booking. The owners at Haya Guest House were extremely rude from the start. No welcome, no friendliness, just attitude. Every time I asked something simple it felt like i was annoying them. The whole vibe was uncomfortable. You’re supposed to feel relaxed at a guest house, but instead it felt tense the entire time. Its like I was made to feel like I was a problem just for being there. Customer service was basically zero. If you work in hospitality, at least be polite. It really ruined the stay for us. Would not go back and definitely wouldn’t recommend. There are way better places that actually treat guests with respect. (HAYA,Go start ur paragraph as reply)

Excellent guesthouse. Room was lovely and spacious. Very clean with a comfy double bed, a large TV with Netflix and the added bonus of a kettle, small fridge and a microwave. Host was friendly and I was given a front door key to come and go as I pleased. Also useful to have a table and chairs in the front garden for a little fresh air and a cheeky cigarette.
