Typical premier Inn, the staff were good, helpful and polite. The only difficulty was parking, the hotel has no dedicated parking. I parked outside marks and Spencer, which is okay, £6.00 for the afternoon and night, but I was a little worried leaving my car in such a public space, but it was fine. I left at 8.30am, so didn't need to pay for the morning. Good breakfast.

I stayed here with my husband and 3yr old daughter to visit family having never visited a Premier Inn before and we were pleasantly surprised. Family room was spacious, clean and had the essentials needed. Shower was great, could connect a firestick to the TV and it was very quiet at night. Dinner and breakfast in the Beefeater was good and what you'd expect. We had no complaints and for the money we absolutely will be staying here again. And thank you to Preeti from the front desk who was lovely, we even got some arrival treats in our room which was an extra nice surprise!

I'm staying in the Premier Inn hotel due to unforeseen circumstances, I have been here for 5.5 weeks and at first it was so hard for me and my two children, but Justine and Abu have gone above and beyond to ensure me and my children are happy and comfortable, they have both made things so much easier for us and always welcome us with a smile. They were also both extremely helpful in helping me hide away my sons 10th birthday balloons and bringing them out to me when I was ready, to my surprise when we arrived back to our room on his birthday we found they left my son a card and treats from everyone at the Premier Inn next to his other presents and he felt so happy and special on his big day. Thank you so much I will always be so grateful for your kindness!

Room was fine, clean and functional. Staff were welcoming and very helpful. Location was fine for what we needed, near a family reunion. Parking was an issue, plenty of parking but spent a lot over the three days we were there. Should be concessions for hotel guests. There were a couple of issues with the room, the extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work and was unable to be fixed while we were there. The desk light wasn't working, just needed a new bulb and the temp regulator on the shower wasn't working but that was fixed by the hotel staff. I had breakfast, which was great, good selection and the staff were very attentive and helpful. White Americano was awesome.
