What visitors say
Just returned from a two night break celebrating our wedding anniversary and what can i say we were made to feel so special. The railway wagon was surprisingly spacious with everything we needed for our stay including cooking facilities and a small bathroom. We were lucky with the weather and were able to use our little decked area to sit with our dog and take in the beautiful view. I would recommend the Curlew cafe on site for breakfast as the quality and value for money was exceptional. We ate at the bar one evening and again main meals were beautifully cooked. Entry into the Paddocks is included in your say and how lovely it was to see and interact with some beautifully cared for animals. Thank-you again to the team at High Farm we cant wait to return.

Spent five days over Easter weekend great site spotless facilities, good sized pitches quiet location onsite bar and restaraunt great Breakfasts and entertainment good location superb views. Only thing I would change is banning of electric bikes on site two youngsters were up down roads paths and grass areas all weekend at 30mph pretty pointless having a 5 mph speed limit and allow bikes to do 30mph !

Very friendly staff. Facilities spotlessly clean! Has a cafe/bar on site and lovely play area and farm for the kids. Lovely walks near by will definitely be back.

We were made to feel very welcome by Jackie when we arrived at the site. The facilities were spotless and the views amazing. Great location for Hamsterley Forest mountin bike trails. Didnt use the onsite cafe and bar but they both looked very pleasant and certainly will on our next visit. The onsite animal petting farm was extensive and something i have never seen on a campsite before. Would be great for families. Highly recommend this site for a relaxing stay.
