Marram is a first-floor apartment in a seafront building on Blackpool's North Shore, overlooking Queen's Promenade. You reach the entrance via 18 steps. The space is open plan, combining living, dining and kitchen areas, with French doors opening onto a Juliet balcony. One bedroom has a kingsize bed, the other a single; there's also a sofa bed in the living area, making five sleeping spaces in total. The shower room is compact but functional. One dog is welcome.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave—enough to cook proper meals or just heat things up. Smart TVs are in the living area and both bedrooms. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. Gas central heating keeps things warm. On-site parking is available on a first-come basis.

The building has a shared sun terrace and enclosed patio. The beach and promenade are directly across the road. Bispham's shops and cafés are within a mile; Blackpool Tower and other attractions are 2–4 miles away by tram or car. The property is non-smoking.
