Andrea & Pete are both barking mad, we had such a laugh throughout our stay! They are also perfect hosts, nothing was too much trouble & we were well looked after. Spotlessly clean, a breakfast to die for & the bar closes when it's time for bed - what is there not to like? IMPORTANT NOTE - If you have mobility problems (like us) they have ground floor rooms available & their own mobility scooters to rent - a godsend for us to get about & see the sights! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED & WE WILL BE BACK :)

The hosts went above and beyond to accommodate us, very friendly and helpful! The rooms were clean, nicely refurbished bathrooms and showers, nothing was a bother. Great food, too. They even helped us with our bags, helped pack our van and gave us a coffee and some bottled water for our journey home! Five stars all the way. Thanks again! Chris and Claire.

Three of us stayed at this lovely Bed and Breakfast in the middle of December 2024. We stayed last year to visit the Christmas By the Sea market and our stay this year did not disappoint. Pete and Andrea are the most welcoming hosts and really make you feel like you are at home. The rooms are spacious and really well kitted out with everything you might need, the bathrooms are beautiful and the tea tray in the room was a welcome sight after a 3 hour drive in horrendous weather! Andrea's breakfasts are tasty and nothing is too much trouble with Pete dishing up the toast and coffee, they make a great team. The location of the B+B is not far from the town centre so everything is close by and within a steady walking distance. With a licensed bar on site too, you can sit in "Pete's front room", watch the massive TV on the wall whilst Pete gets you a drink, home from home service with a few laughs added in for good measure. I would recommend this lovely little B+B to anyone as you always receive a warm welcome from Pete and Andrea despite what time of year it is.
