Janette is an exceptional host of this friendly and welcoming budget hotel. My en suite single room was very clean and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. Breakfast was served between 8am and 9am. I was asked about my preference beforehand. I needed a gluten free breakfast which was provided and great to eat. This hotel is situated near the Winter Gardens which was useful for the Sparks concert I was attending. Also, close to the Blackpool Tower and Coral Island. Overall first class hospitality and I would definitely returning to this wonderful value for money hotel.

Janette was amazing and she does make it feel like home fom home, great to talk to and have a laugh with. Great breakfast to get your day started, and the hotel is in a great location. It was my mum's birthday when we were there , and janette being the perfect host went above and beyond to make my mums day great. We will definitely return on our next trip to Blackpool

Excellent home cooked breakfast and plenty of it. The owner was very friendly and welcoming and was great fun. Ideally suited for town and seafront, not too busy arez but not really quiet. Nothing was too much trouble
