Arrived here yesterday for 6 nights, we were meet by James. A lovely warm welcome, check in was simple, easy and no stress. Brilliant after a long journey. We choose the triple room, purely for space, room No.8. Just beware, if you have trouble with stairs, don’t book this room and ask when booking, if a lower room is available. The room was lovely and clean, spacious and a shower en suite. Windows let a lovely breeze in, which helps my wife’s asthma. Tea and coffee making facilities. James also said we could top u Tea and Coffee from reception and use the refrigerator there, if needed. The location is great, just behind coral island, about 3 minutes walk from the promenade. Plenty of facilities around, including paid security parking, which for 7 days, Sat t Fri was £40. Which you pay the staff in cash or pay by card. You can come and go, as much as you like, just make sure you display your ticket. This is just 2 minutes away from the guest house. The beds are really comfortable and I had a lovely sleep 💤 the T.V. is small, but the signal is good. This is not always the case in some places we have stopped at. I would highly recommend staying here.

Good rooms at good prices. James was super friendly and responded to requests within minutes. Even things like needing a sheet change more often than usual was no problem (was getting a tattoo during my stay). Cutlery for takeaways is also available. Will definitely keep this place in mind for my next trip to Blackpool

Perfect location in the centre, easy to walk to all attractions. James the owner was super welcoming and lovely, nothing was too much trouble. Asked to borrow an iron and James left it outside our room for us. Room was lovely and clean, spacious and really comfy beds. Quiet on a night so had a great sleep both nights. Great value for money and would definitely return. Highly recommend this guesthouse. Thanks James x

Me and my family originally stayed last year. The location was perfect in every sense which meant no taxis. The room we had was very modern, clean and spacious with two comfortable double beds for us and our little boy. That aside, the landlord James was such a nice person and made us feel so welcome. I recently had to return to Blackpool due to work and stayed here again. All I can say is 10/10 and highly recommend to anyone thinking of visiting Blackpool to stay there.
