What a wonderful b&b this place is. I truly can't recommend this place anymore. The rooms and bathrooms are very nice and clean and kev, the host is incredibly hospitable . You are made to feel very welcome and nothing is too much trouble. Any time i visit Blackpool, i will always book to stay here.

The location is ok. The hotel is halfway between the tower and the pleasure beach. The hotel has a bar area. Pleasant atmosphere. The room are the standard if what you would expect

Cant recommend this hotel enough me and a few friends stayed the wkend absolutely top class owner kevin is one of the nicest guys u could meet wont ever stay anywhere else when i go to blackpool

Excellent hotel and owners who make you feel like your at home. Very clean rooms and the location is perfect in the middle of the 2 piers
