About Hotel Sheraton

Afternoon tea and a varied restaurant menu are among the highlights at Hotel Sheraton, a 126-room hotel on Queens Promenade in Blackpool. The kitchen has built a reputation for generous, well-prepared food, and there's a bar on site for a drink before or after dinner, alongside breakfast served each morning.

Rooms are described as comfortable and well kept, with 126 to choose from across the property. Guests also have use of an indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, both said to be well maintained, plus a lift for easy access throughout the building. Entertainment is laid on too, including bingo, making it a sociable choice for those who like organised evenings rather than a quiet retreat.

The hotel sits on Blackpool's seafront, within reach of the town's major attractions, and free on-site parking is provided for those arriving by car. Additional facilities include a garden, meeting rooms, a wedding venue, luggage storage and concierge services, while pubs, restaurants and other eateries can also be found nearby. Staff are consistently noted as friendly and attentive throughout a stay.

Just returned from our third stay here as a family of three, and it was fantastic once again. The rooms are spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, as is the rest of the hotel. The food is excellent, the entertainment is great, and the indoor pool and jacuzzi are a real bonus—both immaculately maintained. The hotel caters brilliantly for families and children, and the staff are outstanding, always friendly, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile. After three amazing stays, this is now the only place we’ll stay when visiting Blackpool. Fantastic value for money and highly recommended!

Visited with family for an all inclusive break, Sunday-Friday morning. Brekfast service, wonderful, lunch was just a sandwich/sausage roll. Tea was also lovely, I made sure to tip all service staff that worked on the final evening (8 staff total). All inclusive adds selected drinks and the lunch sandwich to the regular experience. All service was actually brilliant except 1 manager who put such a damper on the experience on my final night (tonight). I think his name is Peter, a bald man with glasses. To make the coctail I ordered (sex on the beach) the only addition to the all inclusive availability options is the peach snaps shot and the shake in the mixer. Most bar staff charged for the addition, but Peter insisted charge at full price of the coctail which is £9.50 rather than just over £4. When all inclusive is £18 extra daily, and the drinks list is not totally honest (ie Captain Morgan's Rum is listed, but when you get there this is the dark rum and not the classic spiced gold, which might be regarded as false advertisement), it is very disappointing. It's OK with the reduced price on some such as disarrono which is £1.20 extra per shot and can be added to the all inclusive cola, but after paying £18 daily for all inclusive you expect to get the offered orange juice. Cranberry juice and vodka as a part of the inclusive experience as advertised, not be paying nearly £10 a drink and recieve just a sandwich for the £18 a day difference. Every other member of staff, you were all fantastic and I thank you sincerely for your service.

First class service by friendly well trained staff. The staff were incredibly helpful and took care over dealing with food allergies. The bed room (a family room) was clean and well maintained although the bed was a little firm. The hotel was comfortable with a large lounge area and several bars

My wife and I stayed there at the beginning of May for one night whilst I was photographing a large event there. The staff couldn't have been better! We had absolutely no problems whatsoever whilst we were there. We didn't make use of the pool as I was busy. The eoom was very comfortable and had everything you might need. The bed is large and very comfortable! The meals were excellent. Service was fast, efficient and friendly. There is some parking at the front of the hotel but if that's full, use the car park at the rear of the vlub next door. We paid £7 for 24 hours which is quite reasonable. There os a tram stop right across the road and bus stops nearby so you can leave the car and go to see the sights. The Sheraton is very clean and well kept. The staff are friendly and professional. The group I whose event I was photographing use this hotel every year. I can recommend The Sheraton to anyone who needs to stay in Blackpool.
