About The Beechcliffe

Blackpool Tower is close enough to make a natural focus for a day out, and with pubs, restaurants and entertainment venues dotted around the area, there's plenty to fill an evening once you're back from the seafront. Blackpool North station is under two miles away, useful for anyone arriving by train, and free on-site parking makes it just as easy for those driving in.

The Beechcliffe itself is a small guesthouse on Shaftesbury Avenue with eight rooms, run at a scale that suits guests who prefer a personal touch over a big hotel feel. Rooms come with drinks and air conditioning, and the building has a lift, so access isn't an issue for those on upper floors. Breakfast is served on site, and there's a restaurant and bar for guests who'd rather not venture out for every meal.

Beyond the basics, the property has genuinely useful extras for a seaside stay: an indoor swimming pool, a gym, and a spa and sauna for winding down after a day on your feet. There's also a garden, meeting rooms, and services including concierge, porter and valet parking, plus childcare where needed. It's a place built for both short breaks and slightly more organised stays, including weddings, and the free parking is a genuine convenience in a town where that's not always guaranteed.

Pleasant accomodation, we choose this small boutique hotel every year we spent some days in Blackpool. Quiet part of the city. Nice classically furnitured rooms, good sleep and of course rich english breakfest. We recommend for people choosing calm stay without any disturbances. Very helpful owner.

Loved it We stayed for 3 days while at an event at the tower ballroom and the owners were so very lovely. The decor looked like it was done only a few days ago it was so clean and fresh everywhere. Only a very short walk from "Cabin" Tram stop it's a doddle for travelling up and down the front and being just that little bit away from the centre it's nice and quiet of a night time. Would definitely stay again if we are back in the area

We had a truly fantastic stay here. Lorraine and Brian were amazing hosts, the room was very clean and well laid out. The facilities were of an excellent standard and as for the breakfast, just perfect. A short 5 minute walk from the guest house and you were on the tram (when they were running to schedule,) which provide access to all of Blackpool seafront, as well as up to Fleetwood. All in all, an excellent few days spent there and we certainly intend to return.
