About Lanayr Hotel Blackpool
Rooms at the Lanayr Hotel Blackpool are a decent size, with comfortable beds and a television, and while some are showing signs of wear, they offer solid value for a budget stay. There are 24 rooms in total, served by a lift, and free WiFi is available throughout.
Downstairs there's a bar with reasonably priced drinks, along with breakfast included and luggage storage for those arriving early or leaving late. The hotel is staffed by people guests describe as friendly and accommodating, and free on-site parking makes it an easy base if you're driving into Blackpool.
The hotel sits on Reads Avenue in Lancashire, with Blackpool Tower nearby for those wanting a landmark to head towards, and Blackpool North station just over a mile away for anyone arriving by train. It's a straightforward, well-placed option for guests who want their budget spent on the town itself rather than the room.

Had a 6 night stay. Overall not to bad, nice friendly staff very helpful i didnt use the breakfast part so can't review that nore the bar. Room was nice and spacious. Shower took a mo to figure out and tv had no signal could of just been needed tuning but I had my phone so cba. Parking had little trouble as didnt see sign but staff made sure I wasn't ticketed. Also with parking I had a day of being boxed in but staff were running around trying to find the person which was in the next door bnb. I would recommend and stay again also close to town but not to close you hear all the noise.

I booked a single basic room very last minute after being scammed with a hotel booking the previous day, the staff at this hotel were very accomodating. They allowed me to check in early after my ordeal, the room i had was clean and tidy, because i had a basic room i did not have a kettle or wifi but i didnt mind because i dont drink many hot drinks and i have an unlimited data plan on my phone. The en-suite was a decent size with toiletries provided, the tv had freeview access, the bed was very comfortable i ended up sleeping 12+ hours 🙈. If theres rooms available on my next trip to blackpool i am very likely to stay here again.

I can’t comment on the hotel itself because I never stayed there. I cancelled my booking for December and was told I would receive a refund. Unfortunately, it’s now been over a month, and despite being promised several call-backs, I’ve had to keep chasing for an update. The communication has been very disappointing, and I still haven’t received the refund I was promised. I hope this issue is resolved soon, but my experience with the cancellation and customer service has been frustrating. I just put my review on what I thought it might be cause it won’t let me post it

Had a short stay here whilst my flat was being renovated, staff are lovely and friendly, very accommodating, the only issue I had was the free WiFi as it wouldn't connect, other than that I enjoyed my stay, very reasonably priced especially for a budget hotel, would definitely stay again if needed
